Just had a tailored massage with Leigh. I have had a number of surgeries in the last 6 months for cancer and abdominal surgery. My body is sore and fragile and was in need of some TLC. Gai is absolutely incredible! So precise and accurate knows exactly where to target muscles for relief and recovery. I have had a treatment with Kasia before. I find her very understanding when I was explaining my issues with her. We discussed how she would approach my massage and the way forward for me after my treatment. I felt very comfortable in her company and happy to discuss my concerns with her. She explains the "why" an "what next" in an easy to understand manner. Her extensive knowledge of deep tissue massage made me feel very comfortable when it came to the massage itself.

Oh My God. Hard to put into words just how good an hours massage was. Sorted out issues with the area between my shoulder blades and lower back. Also found so many areas where you suddenly think you didn't know how much tension there was. Absolutely lovely lady. Very professional. The room looked amazing too. Nothing to fault.

Had a tailored massage with Leigh and honestly couldn’t recommend it more. It was the perfect balance between relaxation and actually working through the tension in my shoulders, which made a big difference to how I ended the week!Leigh really knows what she’s doing and adapts it to what you need on the day. I have had a remedial massage with Kasia today and it was absolutely brilliant, I already feel so much relief around the area. Kasia clearly knows and understands the muscular skeletal system incredibly well and how to use different therapies to relieve pain tension etc. I felt like Kasia must have special X-ray vision to see all the pains and aches I have and target them. I only came back from a week all inclusive holiday in Lanzarote yesterday, and went for a lymphatic massage/drainage procedure with Rebecca this morning. It was so relaxing and it left me feeling so much less bloated, I feel like all the over indulgence from the past week has now disappeared and I feel so much more energised than I did before I had the treatment.
