Just had a tailored massage with Leigh. I have had a number of surgeries in the last 6 months for cancer and abdominal surgery. My body is sore and fragile and was in need of some TLC. Oh My God. Hard to put into words just how good an hours massage was. Sorted out issues with the area between my shoulder blades and lower back. Also found so many areas where you suddenly think you didn't know how much tension there was. Absolutely lovely lady. Very professional. The room looked amazing too. Nothing to fault.

I have had a remedial massage with Kasia today and it was absolutely brilliant, I already feel so much relief around the area. Kasia clearly knows and understands the muscular skeletal system incredibly well and how to use different therapies to relieve pain tension etc. I felt like Kasia must have special X-ray vision to see all the pains and aches I have and target them. Just had the most relaxing lymphatic drainage massage with Avajo Rebecca was absolutely brilliant – so knowledgeable, calming, and made the whole experience feel effortless. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely reset.

I only came back from a week all inclusive holiday in Lanzarote yesterday, and went for a lymphatic massage/drainage procedure with Rebecca this morning. It was so relaxing and it left me feeling so much less bloated, I feel like all the over indulgence from the past week has now disappeared and I feel so much more energised than I did before I had the treatment. I will definitely be having this treatment again after my next holiday, and will be recommending it to friends.

What amazing treatment. I have never had micro-needing before Rebecca full explained what the treatment entailed before starting. I was made to feel super comfortable wrapped in a blanket with a heated blanket underneath me it was total bliss. Rebecca talked me through the treatment ensuring I was ok with the needle work. It wasn’t uncomfortable I actually enjoyed it. Afterwards I had a cooling mask applied with a gorgeous massage using pressure points. After I looked rejuvenated and glowing.
