Had a very good back tissue massage. I felt the tension in my back noticeably improved after just the first session. The therapist was professional and attentive throughout. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with muscle tightness or stress.

I was warmly welcomed by olga and she made me feel at ease straightaway, I got a myofascial massage and it was amazing, she knows her techniques and I felt the difference straightaway, I would definitely recommend olga if your wanting a massage that makes you feel lighter and relaxed and melts your tension away in your muscles.

Adam very welcoming. I walked away feeling alot less tense, given a few exercises to do and he's going to do a plan to rehab my knee with strength exercises. I will definitely be back for more massages etc

Lewis was really friendly and attentive to my needs. Got a thorough massage working all my tight areas and gave me some tips on what do my resolve some of my issues.
