I cannot recommend this lady enough. The sports massage I received was amazing. From this moment of walking in Sarah put me at ease and really took her time with the massage to help me with a problem I was getting in my lower back and glutes. Sarah was knowledgeable and considerate and I will be 100% going back to her for any future treatment.

Just had my second appointment with Elena for a leg/foot massage. After the first leg treatment I felt so much better and again today, thank you Elena. Had an amazing hot stone massage with Molly. Really appreciated being asked about any problem areas to work on and pressure preferences. Had a sports massage with Karen, while molly over saw and watched. I had a lot of pain in my back and shoulder. And to have a little bit of relief for a while is a great help. Had a relaxing facial with Molly, starting with a very chilled out back and shoulder massage... Molly was attentive throughout the treatment checking wlthe pressure was right and that I was warm enough. The facial was exceptional and the foot massage lovely whilst the face mask did its work.
