The best head spa in Ottawa so far! Sophie used natural products that smell so good specifically for my hair type after examining my scalp on the screen. My scalp and hair feel amazing! scalp, neck & shoulders massages were amazing, technique is on pointe! The hot ginger tea was the cherry on top! Thank you for going above and beyond to make this experience all worth it.

This was our first time at Dilaani Spa, and we absolutely loved the experience! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the space was spotless and relaxing. We got the Japanese scalp treatment, and it was amazing — so soothing and refreshing. I’d definitely recommend Dilaani Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in Ottawa!

Excellent service je serais de retour merci

I went to Dilaani spa on bank street today for my second treatment. The first one I did was a lymphatic drainage that I really liked. I had heard about the viral Japanese scalp massage and was thrilled to see that this place offered it. The price point is very good as well. It's 1 1/2 hours and let me tell you, you will feel like a queen. I have never felt so taken care of than I did when Sia did my scalp treatment today. I have been to many spas and had a lot of treatments and massages. This scalp massage was 1000/1000. I can't recommend it enough. Like literally the best experience EVER !!!

I had the most wonderful time at the Dilaani Spa. From the moment you arrive, you already feel relaxed and well taken care of. The scalp treatment was very thorough, including a massage. It was such a lovely experience and I will definitely be back!

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a scalp massage, but this experience went far beyond anything I imagined. It was deeply relaxing. I could have easily fallen asleep. From the personalized scalp analysis to the soothing massage (including shoulders and back), every detail was thoughtfully done. The calm atmosphere is impressive, especially given its downtown location. Finishing with a coffee, a cookie, and a final scalp check was the perfect touch. A truly beautiful experience. I highly recommend it.

Très belle expérience.

It felt like heaven. Zobia was very nice and knew what she was doing. I had to look at my scalp and Zobia told me some tips on how to treat it. The scalp massage was amazing. Never felt so relaxed. I would definitely come again for sure!

I have never experienced something as heavenlye as the Japanese head spa scalp massage treatment. I spoiled myself with this luxurious 1.5-hour experience and loved it. My head, scalp and hair feel incredible! 💗 The customer experience was excellent; my technician, Siyah, was lovely and answered all my questionse. Highly recommend it as a treat for yourself or a gift for that someone who has everything!
