This is my second visit and I have booked a third. It is a wonderful way to catch up with a friend for relaxation and rejuvenation. High quality massage. Nicely designed spaces. Sauna and hot tub area serene. Well worth it.

Beautiful space, and incredible masseuse. All the staff were lovely and the whole experience left me in a blissful state! Due to the bathing and massage times starting and finishing at the same times, the showers and bathrooms were a bit chaotic and busy which could be solved by staggered start and finish times, even by 5 minutes.

Amazing lymphatic drainage massage - visited after a 22h flight to drain plane lurgy and toxins out my system and was so relaxed I fell asleep during the treatment! Slept amazing and noticed I was going to the toilet a lot more, so definitely did the trick in terms of flushing out bad stuff! Felt very safe and comfortable, would totally recommend Shape House ❤️

Since it had been too long since my last massage, I went in for a two hour session of remedial massage. That turned to be a good decision, as there was obviously a lot of catching up to do. My therapist was very thorough and skilled, finding all the problem areas and working on them until they were released. I made sure to hydrate well afterwards, as – from prior experience – a good massage releases a lot of toxins which are trapped due to tight muscles.
