The lymphatic drainage massage with Georgie was phenomenal! I cannot recommend her enough! It was the perfect treatment to prepare for a wedding the next day. After a long haul flight, my body felt sluggish and bloated but the massage and red light sauna was a great way to detox and remove excess fluid from my body. I cannot wait to come back next time I am in Melbourne!

Eleni is amazing, she really knows what she is doing and as soon as you step into her beautifully curated space you feel safe and calm. I plan to go visit her every 6 weeks! Alvin was incredible. He took the time to really listen to what was going on in my body — the challenges, the blockages — and then worked through each one with the most relaxing, releasing massage. His technique is deeply grounding, and even when he focused on tighter muscles and stubborn knots, I never felt pain or discomfort. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and genuinely restored.
