What a perfect way to celebrate my 4th anniversary of my mastectomy and cancer free. A full body massage by Shushila . Absolute bliss , and her back massages are awesome as well. Highly recommended . Looking forward to my next monthly appointment

I’ve been coming to Catherine for 5 weeks now for MLD massages and they have been amazing. She’s very gentle and calming and can really see a difference after having one of these massages. The advice she provided is very good. Would really recommend coming to Catherine for MLD massages

Catherine was lovely and very welcoming. Treatments are carried out in a gorgeous cozy room, is hard not to drift off to sleep. Swedish massage was great, really got to all the muscle knots. I would highly recommend going to see Catherine.

Cannot recommend Rose Holistics enough. This is not my first treatment with Catherine, but thus was the first time I've had a full body and facial lymphatic drainage. Omg, it was amazing. I literally felt like I was meditating, I could feel the bits of my body that had been aching relax. Loved the new way of being able to book online, and pay that way too, I got confirmation, a notification the day before and on the day so no excuse for me to forget an appointment. First ever Reflexology treatment- was just beautiful. Catherine was so professional, knowledgeable and welcoming, and really cares about her clients leaving feeling balanced. Felt so good to give my feet some attention and appreciation, and left feeling utterly calm and relaxed. Will be making time for some self care again soon!

EXCEPTIONAL! 11/10 - I contacted Catherine for the first time this morning, desperately looking for an appointment. She moved things around to fit me in and I now feel like a brand new woman! Thank you so much, I am fixed 😂 see you next week!
