Shir is the absolute best and I will never go to anyone else. She cares about her clients and truly wants the best outcome for them. I am a cancer survivor and I suffered from permanent radiation hair loss and my eyebrows just weren’t as thick as they were before treatment. This was my first laser tattoo removal session and I felt so comfortable. All of my questions were answered before and the process and what to expect was also explained to me. The prices here are also so fair! It was a little painful (to be expected, duh!) and Raquel was empathetic and sweet and took a break when I needed. I feel even more prepared for my next session. Ysdaly is such an amazing and talented hairstylist, she is so good at everything she does. I am so glad I found her in Miami. She is also caring and listens to the concerns I’ve had since I regularly bleach my hair. I highly recommend her. This salon is amazing and everyone is very kind.

I was there for lip blush procedure and the esthetician was amazing . I was nervous initially, if I will be able to endure the pain . But she calmed me down and the procedure was very easy . There was a bit of pain which I was expecting anyway but overall it went well . Thank you May for everything.

Very Polite, Very Professional and does an Amazing and Professional job. May makes you feel relaxed through the procedure and the ambiance and soft music sends you to sleep. You leave her Spa having gained a new friend. We trust her and will return frequently for our Spa treatments. 3 Family Members had their Eyebrow Permanent Treatments done. We have one Facial still planned. We are Very confident in May's work and will be returning.
