Being a fuzzy pazzy lady with no idea what to do with my damaged hair walked in for brows shaping and hair consultation, glad Chenthna assisted me. She did honest with her feedbacks, she was gentle and really kind. She did a really good job, so satisfied. The products recommended by her and her colleague is perfect for my hair type too. Yesterday had an encounter with the gentleman, Mahur (manager) who did my hair for nanoplastia treatment. The result was amazing. He was knowledgeable and explained well about the outcome before starting the treatment. Afterwards provided care advise and best shampoo/conditioner to use for best results. I am very pleased with the result, and highly recommend the treatment if you have frizzy, uncontrolled hair like mine. Mahur was well mannered, gentle with my hair. They have a amazing friendly team to help you.

Great experience, having my first nanoplastia treatment after years of chemical straightening. Shereen didn't hesitate to share her knowledge about and show her skills in applying this treatment. My hair looked amazing as I walked out of the store, my husband hardly recognised me! haha

Shashi did my hydra facial and she was amazing — my skin has a whole new glow. And Pam restyled my hair beautifully. Loved both!

Had nanoplastia done yesterday, and the experience with Pham was excellent. She was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. However, I was quite frustrated by the constant interruptions from the manager while Pham was working on my hair. It was distracting and felt unprofessional. I strongly suggest addressing any internal queries only once your staff are free, rather than while they're attending to clients. Despite that, the overall service was amazing. Meena and Guri were also very friendly and knowledgeable, contributing to a positive outcome. Will come back again.
