I traveled an hour to try out the floatation tank and I wasn’t disappointed. I was so relaxed it was like my body wasn’t attached to me, it took me a while to let my body relax but I think I was getting to hot so i open the tank a crack and after that i was at complete peace. I also had a beautiful full body pregnancy massage I felt so pampered thanks

Highly recommend Elixir. It is always such a treat to visit Elixir, the warm welcome is the beginning of what is never a disappointment. Claire's caring and professional style is first class. I had a 50/50 facial and reflexology. Absolute bliss, offering a therapeutic calm to my day. Claire, has supported my health and wellbeing for many years. It was absolutely brilliant! Rose was so welcoming and made me feel so at ease as I've never had a skin consultation before or ever discussed facial/ skin care in such depth but still at a pace and level I could understand. She gave really great advice and whilst she throughly went through my background, and then my results - at no point did I feel obligated to make a purchase. It was all genuinely consultative advice and because of that, I would now consider further treatments and products. Shout out to having a knowledgeable and relatable consultant in Rose! 🌟

As soon as I stepped in the door, the aroma in reception area was absolutely gorgeous and I felt instantly relaxed and welcomed. Sook showed me around and explained everything I needed to know. He was knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I loved every minute of my Float and will definately be coming back for another flat and a different treatment. A very professional practice.

Back again for another lovely facial with Sophie! Discussed my breakouts and had some blue and red LED therapy to target bacteria and pigmentation in the skin and then a lovely hydrating facial mask after to target some dryness leaving me feeling refreshed for the day!

I tried float therapy and an infrared sauna—and the float was an entirely new experience! I’ve never been able to float in water, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. At first, it felt strange, but as I relaxed and let go, the weightlessness and stillness created a surreal sense of calm and happiness. For someone who rarely gets to disconnect, this was transformative. Floating wasn’t just relaxing—it felt like a reset for my mind and body. If you haven’t tried it yet, you absolutely should!

The red light sauna set up at Spa Float is brilliant. The young guy who works on the desk is really welcoming, polite, courteous and has a natural customer service personality. Only issue I’ve experienced recently is the shower being scolding hot, which is the opposite of what you want after a 70 degree sauna. That just needs sorting out asap, otherwise, great facility.

My first treatment with Rose following a detailed consultation. Very happy with the treatment. Rose explained the treatment and answered all my questions and concerns. Lovely environment and friendly, warm atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I had a great consultation and highly recommend.. The face scanner was very useful and interesting. Rose was really good at explaining things to me and very friendly. She has a lot of great knowledge and was very helpful when I asked questions.

Claire as always created such a wondered treatment for me. I always feel incredible following my time with her but also look incredibly rested and well. A very skilled yet natural feeling treatment.
