I think I need a treatment here every week. Charlotte is so lovely and attentive. She guides you through what you need and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The Japanese head spa was utterly incredible. From the products, to the massage, to the music, lighting and ambience. It was all a perfect recipe for an indulgent and relaxing experience. Cannot recommend the Japanese head spa treatment enough. It was dreamy and tantalising all wrapped up in a bundle of bliss! Thank you so much Charlotte. Just what a busy mum needed! Get booked you won’t regret it!

Yesterday was my very first treatment of a bespoke facial with Oliva, the founder and owner of the The Advanced Skin cabin. I had already had a skin consultation back in December with a bespoke routine created for me which has seen vast results within weeks. As soon as you step in its a relaxing atmosphere and calm surroundings and decor. Olivia made me feel at ease right away and she has a genuine warm and welcome persona. What also is very apparent is her knowledge and expertise, this Queen knows what she's talking about. ♥️

I had the reset and glow facial this afternoon with Clare and I cannot recommend Clare and the treatment enough! I received a voucher for Ro Skin for my birthday I haven’t been before and don’t often get a facial so was a lovely treat. Clare was so welcoming, friendly and very knowledgable. The room was cosy, warm and so relaxing. Whilst the face mask was on Clare gave a neck, shoulder arm and hand massage which I was not expecting but was amazing! I will definitely be booking in for another facial in the future and a regular massage. Thank you so much. Danielle x

This was my first Japanese head spa and was wonderful. Charlotte had set the tone with ambient lighting and talked me through the products and hair tools she would be using. The organic products smelt amazing and I felt very relaxed. My hair and scalp feel really fresh and clean.

Felt informed throughout the process. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I’ve been a loyal client of AJ Hair Studio for years, but this was my first appointment with Kirsten. From start to finish, she was patient, attentive, and incredibly considerate. The foiling process can take a while with my thick hair, but she never rushed and made sure I was comfortable throughout. She listened to exactly what I wanted for my colour and was warm, friendly, and professional. She took extra care around a sensitive area from a past operation, checking in often to make sure I was okay. I left feeling completely at ease and thrilled with the result! Excellent cryotherapy treatment and very professional

Kirsten did a fantastic job sorting out my roots and I really loved how she styled my hair at the end. Lovely salon with a really warm, friendly atmosphere too.
