I think I need a treatment here every week. Charlotte is so lovely and attentive. She guides you through what you need and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The Japanese head spa was utterly incredible. From the products, to the massage, to the music, lighting and ambience. It was all a perfect recipe for an indulgent and relaxing experience. Cannot recommend the Japanese head spa treatment enough. It was dreamy and tantalising all wrapped up in a bundle of bliss! Thank you so much Charlotte. Just what a busy mum needed! Get booked you won’t regret it!

I had the reset and glow facial this afternoon with Clare and I cannot recommend Clare and the treatment enough! I received a voucher for Ro Skin for my birthday I haven’t been before and don’t often get a facial so was a lovely treat. Clare was so welcoming, friendly and very knowledgable. The room was cosy, warm and so relaxing. Whilst the face mask was on Clare gave a neck, shoulder arm and hand massage which I was not expecting but was amazing! I will definitely be booking in for another facial in the future and a regular massage. Thank you so much. Danielle x

Clare is always such a delight to see! She always goes above and beyond and makes me feel so uncomfortable and listened to with my skin problems. She has so much knowledge on the science behind skin, and her knowledge on skin products is astounding, always carefully choosing which products are right for me. Along with this, if I have had a query and needed to ring up the salon the girls are always so helpful and friendly, especially Niamh. Sara was absolutely absolutely delightful -It felt like I’d known her for forever and we were old friends catching up !and as if that wasn’t enough her expert hands made me super relaxed during my pedicure !My feet feel truly pampered following the session so much so I literally snoozed off !.. This was my first Japanese head spa and was wonderful. Charlotte had set the tone with ambient lighting and talked me through the products and hair tools she would be using. The organic products smelt amazing and I felt very relaxed. My hair and scalp feel really fresh and clean.

After a tough few weeks I was well in need of some self-care, that's when I went to Charlotte for a bespoke facial. I instantly felt relaxed when I walked in as Charlotte had set the scene with aromas, lighting, music and an inviting massage bed. The facial was incredible. I didn't want it to end, each step felt like a little piece of heaven and the best facial I've had by far. My skin has been left feeling soft, glowing and ready for bridesmaid duties. I can't wait for my next visit.

I recently used the Celluma device for a week at home, l found the results amazing! Skin appearance was improved on back and top of my arms using the blue light, on my face, neck and leg scar l used the red light . Charlotte was very helpful with explaing how to use the machine and it's benefits within the clinic setting which was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend Charlotte and her clinic.
