Well what can I say about Tash. From my first experience with her she was warm, welcoming, caring, her service is absolutely outstanding. Her knowledge of her treatments is are exemplary. My treatment was great, the only annoyance was I booked this appointment in November, the appointment was changed by the salon in January to a date that did not suit so I changed it to early Saturday. This was then changed due to staff unavailability to an afternoon appointment. This in turn led to all car parks and high street parking areas being full. I had to park some distance away and walk in heavy rain. I know these things are unavoidable at times but I booked my original date as I was off work that day

I had the bespoke facial, Jasmin asked me what I wanted to achieve with the treatment, which was gentle deep cleansing and I must say it was among the best treatments I have had, having travelled worldwide on the best cruise liners available., alongside London and Cheshire top rated clinics. Will definitely rebook for every two months alternating with a firming facial, so I have a monthly facial. Lovely products, my skin feels totally hydrated and relaxed.

I booked a manicure and was really pleased to be called and told they were running a promotion throughout April and that I could tag a massage on for a very reduced price .. oh my God! Amazing! I feel so relaxed. The massage was literally amazing - a heated bed, and a therapist who knew exactly where the knots were and how to get rid of them! Followed by a spa manicure and new gel nails. I feel totally relaxed and pampered .. thank you team!

Had Caci at another salon in Milton Keynes before lockdown and it was awful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else but Beauty Secrets. Gave advice and not pushy at all. And after one treatment I feel really pleased and can see the difference which is a major feel good. Looking forward to my next appointment
