I had the most amazing experience with Daiva at Skin Loft! Her facial massage was incredible; I honestly left looking years younger, with brighter skin and feeling completely refreshed, just in time for the new academic year. The end of the holidays can feel a little depressing, but her magic hands truly lifted me. This hidden gem in Kensington Olympia deserves so much more recognition. Daiva is not only highly skilled but also a local mum, and I think it’s so important we support small local businesses like hers. I would highly, highly recommend booking a treatment - you won’t regret it!

The team here were amazing as always! I normally book in for massages but most recently I had booked a double pedicure appointment for myself and a friend as part of my birthday celebrations. I was having trouble booking online as I normally would so called up to ask if it was possible to get booked in. They normally only have one pedicure station set up, but made a point of resetting the space to create a little 2 person station, with prosecco and cupcakes. They even had a little birthday gift for me which was just the sweetest gesture! Pedicures, amazing. Service OUTSTANDING!

Extremely professional and really good masseur. I felt super comfortable and the massage was a 10/10 with my back being extremely tight and legs swollen from many flights I was feeling really heavy going in and now all the pain is gone. Will go back and recommend!

Flora is the best beautician I have come across when it comes to skin care and beauty. I would trust her with my eyes closed! So much knowledge, experience and know-how! Thank you Flora for helping all of us look better and younger!

Managed to get an appointment while local and had the full sauna for 40 minutes. Certainly get a sweat out of it! Everything was super clean and tidy and the smell was beautiful. Bought a face mask to go with my LED face mask. Will be going again when back in London x

I had womb reiki and acupuncture on this visit! And it was extremely powerful, lots of emotions came out and this has helped me heal further in my recovery process! Charis has helped me in many ways over the years. Womb reiki is my go to treatment, in feeling more connected with myself, lighter, and my little girl does cartwheels inside. It’s difficult to describe as it’s so personal but I would highly recommend this combo of treatments!
