I had the most amazing experience with Daiva at Skin Loft! Her facial massage was incredible; I honestly left looking years younger, with brighter skin and feeling completely refreshed, just in time for the new academic year. The end of the holidays can feel a little depressing, but her magic hands truly lifted me. This hidden gem in Kensington Olympia deserves so much more recognition. Daiva is not only highly skilled but also a local mum, and I think it’s so important we support small local businesses like hers. I would highly, highly recommend booking a treatment - you won’t regret it!

The team here were amazing as always! I normally book in for massages but most recently I had booked a double pedicure appointment for myself and a friend as part of my birthday celebrations. I was having trouble booking online as I normally would so called up to ask if it was possible to get booked in. They normally only have one pedicure station set up, but made a point of resetting the space to create a little 2 person station, with prosecco and cupcakes. They even had a little birthday gift for me which was just the sweetest gesture! Pedicures, amazing. Service OUTSTANDING!

I recently tried the infrared sauna pod at Sweat Lounge and had a fantastic experience! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and even on the lowest setting, the heat was more intense than I expected. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

Ewa is a mix of a genius and a healer! She is so highly skilled and trustworthy in this very delicate work. She has had an excellent grasp of the conditions my family and I have presented with at different times, and her skill in delivering the treatment is of a different level. In addition, she makes what looks like a really painful treatment bearable with her easygoing manner and humour. She delivers the treatment with warmth and care, and that's why, even after relocating elsewhere in the country, I will keep coming back to Ewa! I had the cabin again and after a suggestion by the staff member to reduce the heat a little allowed me to stay in the cabin throughout the session. Always feel energised and invigorated afterwards. I made a booking to have eyelash extensions with Miyuki and I am thrilled with them. The best experience having them done, I walked out with exactly what I had asked. She has the lightest touch, made me feel comfortable and the background music was perfect. A beautiful stylish salon with a calm and welcoming ambience :)

I had womb reiki and acupuncture on this visit! And it was extremely powerful, lots of emotions came out and this has helped me heal further in my recovery process! Charis has helped me in many ways over the years. Womb reiki is my go to treatment, in feeling more connected with myself, lighter, and my little girl does cartwheels inside. It’s difficult to describe as it’s so personal but I would highly recommend this combo of treatments!

Filipa's massages are so relaxing. She has a strong but at the same time gentle touch. Every time I get a massage from her, I'm so relaxed that I risk to fall asleep. I've been doing draining massages with her and so far so good. I always feel the legs very light after her massage. Definitely recommended!
