I had the most amazing experience with Daiva at Skin Loft! Her facial massage was incredible; I honestly left looking years younger, with brighter skin and feeling completely refreshed, just in time for the new academic year. The end of the holidays can feel a little depressing, but her magic hands truly lifted me. This hidden gem in Kensington Olympia deserves so much more recognition. Daiva is not only highly skilled but also a local mum, and I think it’s so important we support small local businesses like hers. I always come away from reflexology with Carla floating on a cloud. She has such a calm, kind aura & truly healing hands. She is incredibly knowledgable & gives bespoke advice on the areas she identifies each treatment & she creates a very safe sanctuary in which you can totally relax & unwind. The team here were amazing as always! I normally book in for massages but most recently I had booked a double pedicure appointment for myself and a friend as part of my birthday celebrations. I was having trouble booking online as I normally would so called up to ask if it was possible to get booked in. They normally only have one pedicure station set up, but made a point of resetting the space to create a little 2 person station, with prosecco and cupcakes. They even had a little birthday gift for me which was just the sweetest gesture! Pedicures, amazing. Service OUTSTANDING!

Ewa is a mix of a genius and a healer! She is so highly skilled and trustworthy in this very delicate work. She has had an excellent grasp of the conditions my family and I have presented with at different times, and her skill in delivering the treatment is of a different level. In addition, she makes what looks like a really painful treatment bearable with her easygoing manner and humour. She delivers the treatment with warmth and care, and that's why, even after relocating elsewhere in the country, I will keep coming back to Ewa! She is outstanding and I highly, highly recommend her!

Fabulous! I was gifted a massage and facial package from my partner. I havent had any treatment in a while so it was a delightful treat. Massage was firm (a mix of deep tissue and relaxation) and I have been warned that I will experience some aches over the next few days. But im not complaining as I had back, neck, shoulder and leg pain’s already. Had a hydro? Facial which cleared my pores which was long overdue. Thank you so much ladies for the treatments and friendly service. Hopefully will be back again and would definitely recommend to friends and family 😊
