I had my lumi eye pro treatment done by dr Alisha she is so genuine and transparent about her treatments and services. she took her time to carefully explain each step of the process to me and was so kind and welcoming. She listened to the other skin concerns I had and offered me the best options without putting any pressure to choose a treatment, she was open to listening to exactly what I wanted to achieve. The Experience was amazing I had no bruising nor swelling and felt absolutely no pain. I would definitely recommend her for such amazing results.

Perfection! The salon is the perfect size for people who suffer social anxiety in large places. The noise level is perfect, not silent and foreboding or loud and interrupting. The staff are warm welcoming and knowledgeable. The service is wonderful complete with coffee. I'm definitely going back, as are all my family. This place is truly a 10/10 Thankyou Nathaniel Harley x

My first haircut here and I don’t think I want to ever go anywhere else now. Nathaniel is so nice and friendly, he did a proper consultation about what I wanted, has cut it exactly as I asked, but using his knowledge to make it look it’s best. I only went for a trim and to get my fringe cut back in but it’s been cut so well! He clearly knows exactly what he’s talking about and takes pride in his work. A very nice coffee and a biscuit too which is a lovely touch ☺️

Just got back and omg what a brilliant time I had definitely coming back loved everything about this treatment. Alaine is such a beautiful lady and so friendly and professional. Felt so relaxed as soon as I walked in the door. Alaine explained everything to me and spoke in such a professional manner. I am delighted that I recieved such a high quality treatment. Can’t wait for the next treatment with Alaine the half an hour drive is definitely worth it. Alaine you have made my day today keep it up :) That lovely smile of yours just says it all. Xx

Had a lymphatic drainage massage with added wood therapy at Bonitaz Serenity Spa and I will definitely be back. Paula was very attentive and informative and made sure that I was comfortable throughout. I definitely saw a noticeable improvement in the tightness of the skin on my stomach after just one session so would definitely recommend :)

I had an incredible facial at The Beauty Box Leeds (141 Stainbeck Ln, Chapel Allerton). The salon is calm, clean, and beautifully set up perfect for relaxation. The treatment was fully tailored to my skin, including a deep cleanse, exfoliation, mask, and an amazing facial massage. Kim was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about skincare. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and visibly glowing afterward. If you’re in Leeds and looking for results-driven, high-quality treatments in a peaceful setting, I highly recommend booking in. A fantastic experience from start to finish
