I had my lumi eye pro treatment done by dr Alisha she is so genuine and transparent about her treatments and services. she took her time to carefully explain each step of the process to me and was so kind and welcoming. She listened to the other skin concerns I had and offered me the best options without putting any pressure to choose a treatment, she was open to listening to exactly what I wanted to achieve. The Experience was amazing I had no bruising nor swelling and felt absolutely no pain. I would definitely recommend her for such amazing results.

Perfection! The salon is the perfect size for people who suffer social anxiety in large places. The noise level is perfect, not silent and foreboding or loud and interrupting. The staff are warm welcoming and knowledgeable. The service is wonderful complete with coffee. I'm definitely going back, as are all my family. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them to her. She is very nice and kind, and the place is also clean. ✨ All her products are very good. 👍 My son has acne on his face, but after some sessions, he now has amazing skin. 🤩 Thank you! ☺️

My first haircut here and I don’t think I want to ever go anywhere else now. Nathaniel is so nice and friendly, he did a proper consultation about what I wanted, has cut it exactly as I asked, but using his knowledge to make it look it’s best. I only went for a trim and to get my fringe cut back in but it’s been cut so well! He clearly knows exactly what he’s talking about and takes pride in his work. A very nice coffee and a biscuit too which is a lovely touch ☺️

Nathaniel has been creating my styles for years now, all I need to do is sit down and tell him 'do what you like' we have a discussion, he snips away and I always come out with a slightly different perfect look. Nathaniel has great ideas and knows what suits the customer. I'm always happy with his ideas and creativity. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Had a lymphatic drainage massage with added wood therapy at Bonitaz Serenity Spa and I will definitely be back. Paula was very attentive and informative and made sure that I was comfortable throughout. I definitely saw a noticeable improvement in the tightness of the skin on my stomach after just one session so would definitely recommend :)

Kim was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about skincare. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and visibly glowing afterward.
