Just got back and omg what a brilliant time I had definitely coming back loved everything about this treatment. Alaine is such a beautiful lady and so friendly and professional. Felt so relaxed as soon as I walked in the door. Alaine explained everything to me and spoke in such a professional manner. I am delighted that I recieved such a high quality treatment. Absolutely the best reflexology experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was calm, warm, and inviting, with a real sense of holistic care. The practitioner Alaine was not only highly skilled but also incredibly intuitive, she seemed to know exactly where my body needed balance. After the session, I felt deeply relaxed, lighter, and re-energized. My stress melted away, and even some lingering aches I’d had for weeks disappeared. I had an incredible facial at The Beauty Box Leeds (141 Stainbeck Ln, Chapel Allerton). The salon is calm, clean, and beautifully set up perfect for relaxation. The treatment was fully tailored to my skin, including a deep cleanse, exfoliation, mask, and an amazing facial massage. Kim was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about skincare. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and visibly glowing afterward. This is fourth time visiting Om Holistic for the Golden Hour Holistic Facial treatment. Alaine always makes you feel so welcome and creates such a warm, soothing and calming environment making you feel so relaxed that the stresses of the outside world just melt away. I always leave feeling lighter and refreshed and with glowing skin. Alaine is amazing! Next treatment is already booked.

I had the back, shoulder and neck massage, as well as the buccal facial (a new experience for me!). The whole experience was amazing, from start to finish. Alaine’s attention to detail is just fab - from choosing the appropriate oils, to bringing a cup of tea at the end. She is really skilled - this wasn’t just any massage and facial; it was truly tailored to exactly what I needed in the moment... I feel so relaxed. I will certainly be back again.

Best hour I’ve had in a long time. First facial in 20 years so relaxing and I’m still chilled out 3 hours later. Thank you Kim x
