I had a wonderful back, neck and shoulder massage with Michelle. The salon was so calming with lovely lighting and smelt amazing. The massage was perfect. Just the right amount of pressure and Michelle worked really hard to encourage all my knots to disappear! Michelle asked lots of questions beforehand to enquire about my current state of health and any niggles I was experiencing and provided me with great aftercare advice. I felt so cosy, relaxed and safe in Michelle's hands and my mind actually switched off, which is hard sometimes! I highly recommend this treatment. Thanks Michelle x

I recently had the 60-minute Deep Bespoke Facial with Lauren , and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As a mum of four, a bit of peace and time to myself is all I ever ask for, and this treatment gave me exactly that!! The whole experience was so relaxing and personalised to my skin’s needs. My skin felt deeply cleansed, refreshed, glowing, and so soft afterwards . You can really tell how much care, attention, and knowledge goes into the treatment . Not only did I leave feeling pampered, but I also felt completely recharged mentally. The atmosphere was perfect !

Fresha doesn’t give the proper address or a contact number when booking, so it was a little fraught getting there! Wonderful that appointments are really flexible and go late into the evening! Such a lovely lady and was literally there hours and didn’t feel on a clock at all! Came away with perfectly polished toes and a new set of nails and only booked a few hours before. Lovely experience, will book again! X

Everything is personalised, from carefully selecting the right treatment for my skin on the day to adjusting the bed set-up to accommodate low blood pressure and pregnancy. Luisa was so welcoming she made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. I have had reactions on my eyes years ago so I was a little worried but I had a patch test and then my lash lift and tint today. WOW incredible results will definitely be a new regular treatment in my life :-)
