Erica is so knowledgable about the treatment and went through every step with me telling me all about what each product and step did. This was my first visit to Ella and I was so impressed. She’s really knowledgeable and professional, but also made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. She spotted what my skin needed after my facial and suggested some products to use afterwards. My back massage and facial were amazing, and I’ll definitely be back!

She was very knowledgeable and honest when talking about what would suit my hair type best, as well as giving me helpful tips on how to recreate the style at home. I had a fabulous Detox and Glow treatment with Erica today. This includes an amazing lymphatic massage which was very much needed after a long flight. Also included is a facial which left my skin glowing...afterwards I felt extremely relaxed. I went home and had a snooze. It was the best sleep I've had in a few weeks. Erica is such a lovely person. She is kind, caring, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending her for lots of different treatments, just lovely.

I had such a wonderful experience getting a facial at this salon. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Chantelle took the time to understand my skin concerns and explained each step of the treatment. The products smelled amazing and felt luxurious. I left with my skin feeling soft, hydrated, and visibly brighter. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

I’ve had 2 treatments so far with Becky and I have to say she is very knowledgeable in what she does and really gentle when applying the peel. I’ve been to a few places for treatments now and this is by far the best. Definitely recommend.
