Erica is so knowledgable about the treatment and went through every step with me telling me all about what each product and step did. I booked a deep tissue massage last minute after suffering from sudden ntense back pain. Fiona was very thorough and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was peaceful to help destress, & I was asked about the room temperature so that I could have it as I desired. I also received tips for after care which really helped relieve the pain.

This was my first visit to Ella and I was so impressed. She’s really knowledgeable and professional, but also made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. She spotted what my skin needed after my facial and suggested some products to use afterwards. My back massage and facial were amazing, and I’ll definitely be back!

I had a fabulous Detox and Glow treatment with Erica today. This includes an amazing lymphatic massage which was very much needed after a long flight. Also included is a facial which left my skin glowing...afterwards I felt extremely relaxed. I went home and had a snooze. It was the best sleep I've had in a few weeks. Erica is such a lovely person. She is kind, caring, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending her for lots of different treatments, just lovely.

My first time visiting Spa Diamond, I expected a slightly better welcome initially considering I’d never been before. I completed my health form when booking and was asked to pay the remaining balance on arrival. I was taken upstairs once the room was ready and had the add on experience described as a “before Spa Cocoon”, it advised wearing swimwear. I had no idea what to expect but imagined a bathing experience but it was like a seated zip up fabric Sauna. Boy it was hot. Was given water after that and it was very much needed. The Thai Oil Massage with Lin was amazing, couldn’t fault it!!

I had such a wonderful experience getting a facial at this salon. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Chantelle took the time to understand my skin concerns and explained each step of the treatment. The products smelled amazing and felt luxurious. I left with my skin feeling soft, hydrated, and visibly brighter. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

I’ve had 2 treatments so far with Becky and I have to say she is very knowledgeable in what she does and really gentle when applying the peel. I’ve been to a few places for treatments now and this is by far the best. Definitely recommend.
