She was calm, quiet and aftentive

I had a magical experience with a perfect facial. It's much more than just facial care. The atmosphere, the scent of the oils, the service and the massage take you to a completely different world.

Had a really lovely appointment today. Michelle talked me through what to expect and what she was doing step by step. Aftercare instructions were clear and concise with contact details in case I had any further questions.
