My Masseuse was Piyarat. Warm, kind welcome, as she met me in the reception area of the rooms/offices. You reach the therapist's room by a walk through a courtyard, & a lift/stairs, before entering a small room of peaceful calm, with a suitable background soundtrack playing. Normal protocol for disrobing, with a privacy curtain between you & the entrance door. The massage was professional & skilled, with familiar movements, but also new, novel ones for me, particularly the stretching. I felt the benefit of human touch through the gifted hands 👐🏽 of Piyarat & her Traditional Thai Massage.

Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

I had the deep cleanse facial, milk spots and skin tag removal. Initially after having the treatment my face was very sore and puffy and I was concerned. I was advised by Tammy and Shelby that it will take 5days to heal and settle down. On the 6th day I have literally amazing skin 💕 everything has healed and skin is fresh and glowing!!! Cannot thank Tammy and Shelby enough they are both very kind & welcoming. I will be back for future treatments and I have had so many compliments on how clearer my skin is looking. As a treat for myself, I wanted to experience this cute place. They all were very friendly and warm. Had an aromatherapy massage and facial express add-on. Pankwan gave a great massage, focused on required points and did an amazing job. It was totally relaxing. Then moved on to the facial express. I'd rather say it's a combination of cleaning and head/face massage which was surprisingly good. Only down side is music in the background was a bit too loud and noise coming outside of the massage room was a kind of mood breaking due to overall space is very tiny. Free on street parking on Sundays

Shelby was excellent in helping me with my first body cryotherapy.

Really relaxing and comfortable. The consultation was very detailed and skin feels great after the treatment. A lot of detail and attention has been given to make it a nice experience. Will definitely re book.
