Neelofar was very professional, she gave me a free consultation on my hair style and color needs. She put all my concerns to rest. This was my first visit at Backstage salon and it made me very anxious but Neelofar was very warm and heard all my concers& now they have a customer for life. The salon is very clean and inviting and they offerd me tea / coffee which took their service to the next level. Neelofar is very knowledgeable colorist and hair stylist , I highly recommend her.

I feel so spoiled! Teo has the most beautiful, inviting space, and I could tell everything was meticulously thought out and implemented to ensure the most relaxing, restorative experience. I felt like I just floated out of there after my treatment, and cannot wait to go back for another session one day soon. Thank you for making a girl feel super taken care of in every way! It was my first visit to Backstage Hair Salon and an exceptional experience. My appointment was with Hannah-Kathleen for a haircut and full-highlights. From the moment you arrive, all your senses are gently soothed. The space is filled with nourishing plants, calming music, and a cozy fireplace that invites quiet contemplation. Every step of the way, you’re cared for with such thoughtfulness. My favorite part was the head massage—it was absolutely transformative! It sent my entire body into another dimension. I’ve visited spas around the world, but I have never felt as alive as I did after leaving Gyöker. Teo, you are pure magic! My hair has never felt so silky and looks so vibrant! A MUST do at least once, then add to your self-care routine!

I had an incredible facial at Rose and Sage, Oakville. The vibe was relaxing - with a meditation to begin with and then calm music and a really welcoming feel. Nindi is lovely and very caring. The facial was amazing; my skin definitely feels brighter, smoother and hydrated. Overall, a very healing and calming experience. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Nindi.

I had such an easy time getting my waxing done at Beauty Destination Oakville. Shruti was very quick and proffessional. The waxing was almost painless. The salon was spotless.

Shruti was fantastic. I called in on the off chance of having my eyebrows dyed (they are completely grey now). My brows have a naturally good shape but she was also able to “thread” them (I think it’s what it’s called) which hurts way less than the old waxing! This really gave them definition. I walked out with them looking perfect. No makeup required for my vacay! Note that dying eyebrows isn’t the same as the permanent hair dye I used for forty plus years on my hair so it will fade with washing and swimming but this will be perfect. I will definitely book in for Shruti in future.

Staff very kind. Wondering if I go darker if it will make a difference. I asked for light and what the result was today is the same as when I do it myself with products. We will see in the next week what happens

Silvana never disappoints! I always walk out of Backstage Hair Salon looking fresh & glamorous, and we always have the best conversations. I have found my forever stylist, she’s the absolute best! The salon is conveniently located in SE Oakville (but NOT on Lakeshore, which I prefer) with ample parking and many great shops in the plaza.
