Outstanding onboarding with Kenny. Slight light entering from the bottom of the door, bouncing off the shower wall, causes the float tank to not be entirely pitch black. After your eyes adjust you see the outline of the round edge, that made it hard to feel the expanse of black. Amazing Aesop products, the fit out is beautiful and the lighting and ambience is amazing as my new relaxation sanctuary. Will be visiting for another 2x 90 minute floats.

Feelgood is our place to switch off and relax. The equipment is modern and you have so many treatments to select from, depending on what your body needs. The staff always greet you with a smile and are extremely knowledgeable about the benefits of the treatments.

The whole experience was lovely! The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The equipment was up-to-the-minute and clean. I loved the ambience of the building. The only negative about the whole experience was getting parking in the area. It took me over 20 mins to finally secure a park and walk almost a km to the building .

Fantastic. The staff member who assisted me was very helpful and knowledgable. I look forward to coming back to try more services in the new year.
