Always such a lovely experience visiting The Beauty Plan. Charlene speaks with such knowledge and experience - couldn’t be in better hands. Such a relaxing way to finish a stressful day at work, lying under the red light therapy - could have fallen asleep! Couldn’t rate it any higher, from when you walk in to the moment you leave it’s just 10/10.

Such a cosy relaxing space for a facial. I booked the custom facial + LED. Lauren always knows exactly what my skin needs and I left with the best glowy hydrated skin. I can’t wait to book in again. Also stocks the best products (Medik8) for home care.

Another LED T.H.E.S treatment with the lovely Kate! Always super attentive and thorough in all steps of this body treatment making for a very relaxing session every time, especially with the warming functionality on the applicators. Having had a number of these sessions I’ve definitely observed firming/slimming to my mid section which have been my “problem” area, which is amazing for such a non invasive procedure. I had a facial with Jenny yesterday and absolutely loved it! It wasn’t just a facial, it was a whole experience. I left with my skin looking more beautiful, healthy, and glowing, and also feeling deeply relaxed. When I arrived, there was a delicious herbal tea waiting for me, which not only helped me feel calm but also had skin-loving properties. Jenny also pulled some oracle cards for me, and the messages made so much sense with what I’m going through right now. I highly recommend her work! Jenny’s touch is truly magical!

The massage was lovely - very relaxing and the pressure was exactly what I asked for. Unfortunately the massage started late and did not go for a full hour which was a bit disappointing given I arrived almost 10 minutes early and waited outside as the front door was locked. I called twice to try to let someone know that I had arrived, but the calls went to voicemail.

I cannot recommend Dolce Vita Beauty enough, especially Kate for ear piercing! Kate is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, and we’ve trusted her for both of our children. This is not our first visit—Kate pierced my eldest child’s ears when she was 6 months old, and we recently returned for our 4-month-old. Kate’s expertise and attention to detail gave us complete confidence both times. She explained the process clearly, made sure everything was sterile and safe, and was incredibly gentle and patient throughout.

Kirsty, my masseuse, was absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed a very relaxing 1h aromatherapy massage at 37 weeks pregnant. The property, facilities and room were very well appointed and it was a nice touch being served tea afterwards with snacks. I was gifted a voucher by colleagues to use towards this treatment and can't wait to come back post-natal for another treatment. Thank you!

10/10 - the nicest girls in the most beautiful place. It felt like chatting with your friends or sisters, was so comfortable and looked after. I have bad rosacea and I really felt listened to when I had my skin consult and red light therapy (which was amazing). I went and got my lashes tinted, lifted and my brows done and it was unreal. Such a lovely experience - highly recommend.

I had my first Signature Soul Cleanse Facial at Skin and Soul Spa, and it was pure luxury! Before the treatment, I filled out a questionnaire on my skin concerns and preferences. Jenny was warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease. The session included a double cleanse, facial steaming, exfoliation, hydrating serums, a pumpkin peel, massages, aromatherapy, extractions, and more. It was so relaxing, I even dozed off! After 75 minutes, my skin was glowing, and my soul felt refreshed. If you need the ultimate self-care experience, Skin and Soul Spa is a must! ✨

I had the most relaxing facial! My skin was in need of some TLC and my therapist knew exactly what to do. I had the deluxe facial and she focused on my areas of concern which is hyperpigmentation. She also gave the best massage while the face mask was soaking in and followed with a LED light. My skin feels refreshed and hydrated. Will 100% be coming back for another one 😊

Such a fab experience!! I had a custom facial with Lauren where we discussed some issues Im having with my skin and she explained what we could do on the day to help! Really relaxing facial including arms and face massage and I decided to add on LED at the end after Lauren explained the benefits! I bought products on Lauren’s recommendation after my treatment but didn’t feel pressured or forced into doing so as I have in other places. Lauren just suggested things I could add into my current routine as I’m on a budget. Gorgeous room too, very aesthetically pleasing 🤎
