This was my first time doing the scalp spa, I wish I have done it sooner. I had such an amazing experience I didn't want it to end. It was so relaxing and soothing, the service and vibe was amazing. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

I visited the Bankstown branch on Thursday 4/1/24. The owner greeted me and went through my form submissions. I was treated with the services of the signature scalpcial, red LED light therapy (for hair growth) and dermaplaning. I was mainly served by the female staff member whose name was Rozy. She was very polite and friendly. I also requested for my treatment to be recorded as videos. The staff members agreed and did the recording on my mobile. I also admired the atmosphere of the store; it was very comforting. The service room had a bed with a blanket on it which kept myself warm whilst

My time at Scalp Spa with Angel was the absolute best! As my first time having this service, Angel definitely exceed my expectations. She was professional, lovely and knowledgeable about scalp and hair health. The overall scalp package was so amazing and I felt so pampered and relaxed. Will definitely be back for Angel and recommend her to family

I extremely enjoyed my experience! It was super interesting seeing my scalp with their camera at such a close level. Angel knew the answer to my questions and explained the process, The treatment itself was heaven, i was so relaxed and calm throughout the whole time i almost fell asleep. I felt so much lighter after the treatment, literally feeling like i walked out of there glowing. Couldn’t recommend it more!!

This was my first time going and i was absolutely amazed and happy by the service! I was unfortunately over 20 mins later due to circumstances out of my control, but I was still accommodated to and she was kind enough to reschedule the person after me so i was able to get the full experience. i was so relaxed and my scalp feels so clean and light!

Had a scalpcisl and it was magical. So wonderful and my therapist was lovely, caring and knowledgeable

Awesome experience! The scalpcial was delightful! The only thing I'd change is at the end. Maybe a treatment so the hair is silky and smooth. You could even give the option to leave it in and wash out when you get home. My hair was pretty frizzy and tangled at the end.
