Minh has a soft hand for my facial with great treatment. My face has full ACNE and she gives me a lot of advice for my Acne and Scar. Next month I will come back with Hifu treatment. Luv it!!!

It was a great experience, I have received a great facial from Kat and team. It was so relaxing and soothing and my skin felt so soft and supple instantly. The beautiful lady who did my facial was truely amazing she explained me every part of the process which made me so comfortable and confident with what’s happening with my face, kate was also very professional, helpful with the beautiful smile from the start, thank you for the beautiful experience.

Amazing experience! Staff were lovely, treatment was relaxing, and my scalp is feeling fresh and clean!

Lovely atmoshere, and very clean. I booked in for an eyebrow and eyelash tint. The whole experience was amazing! Sophia took the time to ask questions prior to the treatment, and checked in a couple of times to ensure I was happy with my eyebrows. The outcome was exactly what I wanted. My eyebrows look much fuller and the colour suggested was a perfect match (brown) suited my skin tone. I can now go without mascara for some time. The treatment bed is so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. Definitely coming back.

I organised a Platinum Hydrafacial today at Skin and Things. As I am a full-time teacher, I really felt the need to treat myself. I was given a comprehensive explanation into each step (including its benefits for the skin). I was accommodated for with a luxurious and premium service that left my skin feeling smoothe and radiant. I left feeling confident and refreshed. I left with a few goodies 1. Murad Cellular Hydration Repair Cream 2. Murad Environmental Shield. A special thank you - as this is my first visit, though definitely not my last.

I extremely enjoyed my experience! It was super interesting seeing my scalp with their camera at such a close level. Angel knew the answer to my questions and explained the process, The treatment itself was heaven, i was so relaxed and calm throughout the whole time i almost fell asleep. This is the first time I've visited The Scalp Spa and had a lovely experience. My therapist, Anusha was so nice and explained everything that was going to be done. I had the Signature Scalpacial treatment which was so relaxing. A wonderful 90 minute treatment. Looking forward to booking again in the future.

What an amazing experience!! Angel was incredible. So caring and professional and the treatment she gave me was absolute BLISS. 5 Stars for her. 0 stars for the lady who came into the salon half way through my treatment and was talking so loudly and answering phone calls. I understand you can’t control the volume of your clients but perhaps a curtesy sign might be an idea for clients to have some consideration for other people in relaxing treatments . Overall the Scalpcial service was awesome. It was relaxing and it was so lovely to see the results straight away (they show you your scalp before and after). I would say though it is probably not worth booking the signature scalpcial. If I was to go again, I'd go with the focused scalpcial. The facial was nice but nothing special and there wasn't really a massage at all. So definitely worth it for the scalpcial treatment but save your $$ and go for the focused scalpical.

I visited the Bankstown branch on Thursday 4/1/24. The owner greeted me and went through my form submissions. I was treated with the services of the signature scalpcial, red LED light therapy (for hair growth) and dermaplaning. I was mainly served by the female staff member whose name was Rozy. She was very polite and friendly. I also requested for my treatment to be recorded as videos. The staff members agreed and did the recording on my mobile.
