Q1 Day Spa is a must-visit! From the warm welcome to the luxurious touches, every detail was perfect. The comfortable changing rooms and plush gowns set the tone for a truly pampering experience. Evelyn therapist’s made me feel very welcomed and relaxed, she has absolutely amazing skilled hands, She very attentive to detail It was the perfect way to celebrate with my daughter her birthday and make the experience even more special. The staff where fantastic, friendly and had great knowledge of the services available. The “Airpod revive” was great i relaxed into straight away it was comfortable and not an overwhelming experience. I went to the gym straight after my “Airpod revive” session and found my cardio breathing technique had improved slightly giving me more drive to get through a tough gym session. Definitely worth it.

Beautiful maintained. Relaxed. No hard sales put upon you. The girls were both super lovely. I had a quick 15min LED light therapy. I will definitely be back to try some more advanced treatments. Thank you ladies for the great customer service:)

A wonderful warm welcome as soon as you walk through the door. There is a beautiful chill room with light snacks and drinks for before and after your massage. And the massage was absolutely superb. I will certainly be back and highly recommend 🙂

I walked in with my shoulders up to my ears and walked out with them in lowered position. My highlight experience was the facial with Karly. (re-energize package). She has a gift with giving a great strong neck and shoulder massage which I asked for. She explained each treatment to me which I enjoyed and look forward to my next treatment. I also enjoyed the steamroom which has essential oils going through it.

Can't recommend Kat highly enough. Intuitive care, knowledge and professionalism. One of my MOST favourite ways to regenerate and feel amazing. A truly happy place.
