The staff where fantastic, friendly and had great knowledge of the services available. The “Airpod revive” was great i relaxed into straight away it was comfortable and not an overwhelming experience. I went to the gym straight after my “Airpod revive” session and found my cardio breathing technique had improved slightly giving me more drive to get through a tough gym session. Definitely worth it.
