I’ve been going to Charlotte for around 6 months now after getting some undesirable results with someone I was using regularly for 3 years. I have honestly never had a lash lift so perfect every time. I’m super fussy and she has no issue with this at all. She is so friendly and easy to chat to - it’s like going to see an old friend! I can’t recommend Rio highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Rio is professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had – the perfect balance of firm pressure and relaxation, with great attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and with far less tension than when I arrived. It was obvious that Rio genuinely cares about providing a high-quality treatment rather than just rushing through an appointment.

The best facial I’ve ever had! Unlike some larger spa venues, Coral’s facial was completely tailored to my skin and a bespoke experience. I cannot recommend her enough and I seem to have re-gained my cheekbones following the Pro-lift and Sculpt treatment! 10/10 xxx

Katie is a true professional and so knowledgeable when it comes to skincare. I have a range of appointments with her including peels, facials, hd brows and lvl lashes and she is a perfectionist at all. In the run up to my wedding she transformed my skin with a series of peels and facials. Her new studio is gorgeous, she has created a space which is so welcoming and calming. ❤️
