I had Tara do my appointments today! In the last 6 weeks iv had my lash’s done through Browco Erina roughly 6 times each time by a different lashtichian they kept falling out and I wasn’t happy with how they turned out each time but this time I was extremely impressed by Tara’s work she was professional and made me feel extremely comfortable she is a asset to your team and her hard work and dedication to her job shows she should be praised for this and I will keep coming back to see Tara and only Tara thanku for such a positive experience today :)

I always have a wonderful experience when I come to see the girls at BrowCo Erina. Grace, the manager, is always an incredibly warm but professional presence and does an amazing job on my lashes. I watched the girls deal with a particularly awful customer prior to my appointment and they handled it with grace, despite how nasty these people were being. They deserve props for how well they managed the situation and how polite and respectful they were in the face of people being purposefully disrespectful.

Cannot overstate how wonderful I always feel walking away from my appointments with Lily, amazing customer service and fantastic looking lashes. Put out by only given an hour and a half notice of inability to fulfill my 9 AM appointment so had to ring my appointment for the following day other than that my full lash set appointment went very well so far. I’ve been happy with the result although I do think a lot of blushes has fallen out and there may not be enough glue being used, but I’ll get back to you after my first infield other than that the girls were very polite. They tried to do their best to loop out the appointment time and I suppose you can’t help it if your staff r sick that day ,very inconvenient.
