Jade ran through everything before and during the appointment. She was very attentive and gave good after care advice (thank god it was also on a card which you can take away too!). Jade’s really easy to chat to as well. My brows and lashes are amazing for my holiday! Cannot fault her ☺️

highly recommend Fern she changes the brow/lashes game! Being very blonde girly naturally my brows and lashes were non existent I’ve had bad experiences in the past being too dark shape etc fern creates a custom shade for me dark enough yet light enough. She is very knowledgeable and professional in what she does I couldn’t and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows/lashes I had as LVL on my lashes, I have lashes I didn’t even know I had. I will always be going to fern now best decision I have ever made. Book an appointment promise you will not regret it! Thank you fern you are the BEST

Fern is so thorough in her approach to her treatments, spending time on your med history, treatment explanation and prep while putting you at ease in her beautiful treatment room.. Today I had my brows micobladed and as usual, I am over the moon with them they look so natural, perfect for me ! .. I even got a "Wow they look right good" from my husband .. which I mite add if I wasn't sitting down I would have fell down cos he notices nothing lol. So thanks again Fern once again you've given me exactly what I wanted.. Perfectly natural brows and 😁

I have had a variety of treatments done by fern from dermaplane facials, eyebrows, LVLS and the sevenly hyaluronic acid skin boosters. Fern has given me the best experience. I was really nervous to have my brows microbladed but once I met her I instantly felt at ease. Fern is very knowledgeable and gave me lots of after care advice which is something most salons lack in these days. But most of all Fern is absolutely amazing at what she does. I now have brows which is something I haven’t had since the early naughty’s. I also squeezed in a cheeky lash lift which again they look amazing! Thank you so much and I will most definitely be recommending you to all my friends and family. Ps her new home salon is lush.
