Charlotte is a lovely beautician who is both professional and friendly; she always makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. My skin is absolutely glowing, and I can visibly see and feel that it’s less puffy. For the quality of service you get, the treatment is very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back!

Charlotte was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I booked her for wedding guest makeup on one of the hottest days of the year, and it honestly did not budge. She really listened to what I wanted, while also being honest and upfront about what was and wasn’t possible. What I loved most was that she always had an alternative solution — often just as good, if not better, than my original idea. She also gave me lots of helpful tips and tricks to maintain the finish throughout the day. Talented, professional, knowledgeable and so lovely — I’d 100% recommend Charlotte.

Great appointment never had hot wax before and it's a lot softer not gentler on the skin I feel absolutely amazing I highly recommend a visit to Rachel and just to say to people that if you're booking with a new person on freesia if you ask you when you've been to the salon before say yes because otherwise freeze your charges the owner a new customer fee which is not fair
