Wow what can I say, the job the stylist has done is amazing. I fully love the new hairstyle and will 110% be booking again. By far the best stylist in Newcastle and I've been to a few so far. The atmosphere was very appealing when I walked in, she was very engaging and friendly from that start and made me feel as if I'd known her for years. 10/10 would come again.

Lovely treatment. I had the full head spa experience and it was very relaxing. Andrew was very attentive and explained everything he was going to do and the benefits which was great. My hair feels and smells lovely, would definitely recommend!

Crissy was absolutely amazing! Salt of the earth and so incredibly talented. I know I’d never go anywhere else now. I’m absolutely in love with my lashes. I walked into my appointment and she was warm and welcoming straight away. Asked me what the lashes were for (my wedding) and recommended the type that would be best; she was not wrong! Highly highly recommend <3

I had my gel toes done by Ella today and had such a lovely experience. Ella is a junior therapist who is still in training, but she was fantastic. She was so attentive, took her time, and clearly cared about making sure everything was just right. As she’s still learning, she was given guidance throughout the appointment to ensure the finished result was perfect, which I thought was brilliant to see. I couldn't recommend Alex enough! She is so friendly, welcoming, and professional, and she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. I was really nervous before my appointment, but she was so reassuring and made the whole experience much more comfortable than I expected. Alex is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in what she does. The results are amazing, and I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else now. If you're feeling anxious about booking a wax, especially a Hollywood, Alex is definitely the person to go to.
