First time at this salon. I felt very welcomed by Rochelle who did a full set of hybrid/natural look eyelashes. Although started a lil late from the set appointment, Rochelle made sure to text me to let me know and sincerely apologised for being late. I am a mum myself and completely understand hence why I did not mind and I was quite happy she was very professional on keeping me updated. Additionally, Rochelle made sure I was cozy when asking if I was comfortable with the temperature in the salon. Rochelle is very friendly and chatty and felt at ease being there. My lashes are STUNNING!! :)

I had a classic set of eyelash extensions. Daisy was chatty and friendly and her cat is adorable!!! The salon space is clean and tidy. It’s was my first visit but I would recommend her to anyone for beauty treatments.

I had a lovely lash appointment. My lashes look great and I felt really comfortable the whole time, even being pregnant. She was kind and made sure I was at ease. The appointment was finished in two hours, which was exactly what I wanted.

The best eyelash extensions, I have ever had. They look amazing, feel incredible...can't feel them as just feel like my own. Last incredibly well. I would not go anywhere else. Olivia is such a friendly and talented beauty therapist. She clearly takes pride in her work and genuinely enjoys what she does. I absolutely love my classic lash extensions — they feel so light that I can barely tell they’re there! She’s incredibly gentle too; I almost fell asleep during the treatment. Highly recommend. Done my lashes at Melles a few times now and I'm always very happy with the result. After i explain the look i want The set always comes out how I want it if not better than expected and most importantly lasts long. You can also tell the lashes are applied properly and with care.
