I booked myself in for an age smart facial with Sarah and it was such a lovely experience. The service was amazing and she was so attentive throughout. She also provided me with lots of information about recommended products after. The only issue I had was with booking. As I had a voucher, I could only use it at wallisdown and I found the treatments shown online as being available in Wallisdown weren’t actually available there when I called them which was a little disappointing, but other than that it was a great experience.

I can’t recommend Sadie enough for eyelash extensions! My eyelashes always look absolutely amazing after every appointment, and I constantly get compliments on how flawless they are. Sadie is so talented and meticulous, making sure every lash is perfect. On top of that, she's so kind and professional, which makes the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for stunning lashes and top-notch service, Sadie is the one to go to!

Helen is always friendly and professional in her approach. She has an eye for perfectly balanced lashes. I find that my lashes last longer than the recommended period and the new bonding system for the 3D Pro lashes seems to be excellent as, this time around I have almost a full set still bonded and it has been 3 weeks since their application.

Have gone to Dia a couple of times now and my lashes always look perfect when I leave! The last set of lashes I had lasted so well and I only needed infills after 4 weeks! She’s super professional and I always feel very comfortable with her. Highly recommend going to her!!

Lovely massage, we only visit Bournemouth once a year but I will definitely book in again.

I had a full body Swedish massage with Barbara and it was fabulous, the oils she uses had the most gorgeous scent of eucalyptus that really helped with my sinus. I came out feeling truly relaxed and my skin feels like silk . I felt very welcomed and Barbara made my first experience with her very relaxing and enjoyable, I will definitely return for more treatments with her .
