I have started coming here on a regular basis to have treatments by Ruby. I have the biab and eye brow wax and tint every 4 weeks and today had the luxury pedicure which was amazing. My feet feel so soft. Ruby is always very welcoming and always greets you with her gorgeous smile. Really recommend 💖

Love my nails, the shape and colour ( my favourite) too. Anita is so skilled and seems to know exactly what I'm wanting too. She makes it look easy but it's not, I know, concentrating on what she's doing, attentive, quietly but efficiently. Thank you very much, gave me such a boost.

I had a 'pick n mix' gift voucher and I chose a facial, head massage and back massage. Laura was my therapist and it was wonderful - I was so relaxed by the end I fell asleep!! The service at the Wallisdown branch is always lovely, calm and professional. Would highly recommend The Venue 👌

I am happy with the service. It was my first eyebrow waxing ever. I got eyebrow tint too. I was bit nervous and excited both. Kashaf made me feel calm, comfortable and she was friendly throughout. The experience was better than I imagined. I am really gonna consider visiting Ik aesthetics for future services.

I had my brow colour booster which I’m so delighted of the result then I came back few days later to have a hair colour, cut and treatment for deep hair conditioning I walk out that saloon feels like a celebrity! I cannot thank Suzanna enough! She has done an amazing job!

I booked myself in for an age smart facial with Sarah and it was such a lovely experience. The service was amazing and she was so attentive throughout. She also provided me with lots of information about recommended products after. The only issue I had was with booking. As I had a voucher, I could only use it at wallisdown and I found the treatments shown online as being available in Wallisdown weren’t actually available there when I called them which was a little disappointing, but other than that it was a great experience.

Maria made me so comfortable and at ease. I had the aromatic facial, which I highly recommend. I felt thoroughly pampered, and my skin feels great hours later. I also had a lash lift and tint. This is the first time I've tried this procedure. I do have short lashes , so my lashes currently have quite a tight curl. I imagine they will settle down In a couple of days. I shall keep combing them ! Eyebrows were also waxed and tinted and they look great. Overall, I fully recommend this salon and have booked the collagen facial in a few weeks time !

It was a great experience to get more confidence by yourself through the eyebrows shaping up and tinting as well. The process was simple but it made my face very sharp and perfect.
