This was my first laser tattoo removal session and I felt so comfortable. All of my questions were answered before and the process and what to expect was also explained to me. The prices here are also so fair! It was a little painful (to be expected, duh!) and Raquel was empathetic and sweet and took a break when I needed. I feel even more prepared for my next session. Erica is the most knowledgeable, professional, and personable lady. I adore my appointments with her because I know she’s top of the line & we have a heart to heart session. She has always made sure my laser hair appts aren’t too painful, quick and easy. Sometimes I wish it look longer so I could chat with her more. Adore this business and this sweet lady! I live in Fort Lauderdale and will ALWAYS visit Erika for any Laser treatment. She cares about the results and YOU. She prepares you before and after the treatment and is super knowledgeable and kind. The laser machine she had before the one she has now worked great, but she got a BETTER one for even BETTER results. She cares about her customers and offers them excellent service. Erika was very knowledgeable and professional, and although the laser procedure was uncomfortable, she did her best to make me feel at ease and well cared for throughout the process. I highly recommend her!

Let me start with arriving at the building with very nice, easy parking. I was a little early. She greeted me very kindly and had me in right away. My visit was microblading removal and it was painless, but the cooling device made it so comfortable! She was very professional and extremely sweet. I’m scheduling a CO2 laser treatment next! thank you so much for the great service!
