This was my first laser tattoo removal session and I felt so comfortable. All of my questions were answered before and the process and what to expect was also explained to me. The prices here are also so fair! It was a little painful (to be expected, duh!) and Raquel was empathetic and sweet and took a break when I needed. I feel even more prepared for my next session. Erica is the most knowledgeable, professional, and personable lady. I adore my appointments with her because I know she’s top of the line & we have a heart to heart session. I live in Fort Lauderdale and will ALWAYS visit Erika for any Laser treatment. She cares about the results and YOU. She prepares you before and after the treatment and is super knowledgeable and kind. The laser machine she had before the one she has now worked great, but she got a BETTER one for even BETTER results. She cares about her customers and offers them excellent service. Let me start with arriving at the building with very nice, easy parking. I was a little early. She greeted me very kindly and had me in right away. My visit was microblading removal and it was painless, but the cooling device made it so comfortable! She was very professional and extremely sweet.
