Very welcoming clinic, I came as a new client and done the free consultation for laser hair removal. Had a very thorough session — answering all my questions, and explained the procedure, safety precautions, all the do’s and don’ts between treatments, and expectations. Happy to have found this neighbourhood aesthetic clinic, it’s new and clean, with experienced doctor and therapists. If you’re from around West Hampstead area and got a hold of their flyer for discounts, I recommend to see what treatment you can avail, out of several they offer.

Thanks darina and akku The staff were professional, thorough, and very reassuring throughout my visit. Both the dermatologist and the nurse took the time to carefully examine my skin concern using a dermatoscope and provided clear explanations about the diagnosis. I appreciated that they gave me two opinions, which really helped ease my anxiety. The clinic was clean, organized, and the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for the entire time, they answered all questions and made me feel at ease, thank you once again!
