This was my first experience with any kind of laser treatment. Allanna was amazing! She was very honest with me about the procedure and the results, but also encouraging and comforting. She was so easy going, telling me to ask her to stop whenever I needed a break. Her overall personality made me feel really comfortable, which calmed my nerves. I would recommend specifically Allanna to anybody!

Finally managed to carve out some time to get back in to see the girls @ fourth Ave. Zoe did a great job doing my Dysport & gave me her professional opinion on doing some PDO lip threads as appose to doing a mini lip this time around. Jaqueline is always professional as usual. Yes, she makes me want to rip the arms off the chair when inserting those lip threads, but beauty can be pain @ times, especially if you want to achieve the right results. Jaqueline also gave my daughter some advice on resurfacing a scar she has along her jawline, due to a tumour removal. Thank you for all that you do🫶

Anna's massages nearly put me to sleep everytime. They are heavenly. SO relaxing! I wish they lasted longer, lol. Her shellac pedicures last me a very long time with no chipping. Today I had the owner, Paula, as my Laser Hair Removal treatment provider. Paula was very engaging in conversation and took great care to ensure that the process was comfortable and that I was relaxed and confident in her performing the treatment in place of Arlex. I was indeed comfortable. Paula did a great job, professional and friendly at the same time. I recommend this location of Elva Aesthetics as a place where you'll get professional individuals who look after you and are pleasantly engaging.

I know that I'm repeating myself, but it is the truth. Arlex is great as a representative of Eva Aesthetics (Stoney Creek), and the new owner Paula is also. Arlex makes certain at all times that you are comfortable--both the the procedure (she articulates what is/will be happening clearly and ensures that you are okay to proceed) and with the procedure itself. It may seem odd to say, but the laser hair removal is a relaxing point of the day/week. I experience no discomfort during or after the session. I'm looking forward to the final results when the sessions are completed in September 2024.

Arlex is great! She knows her stuff, she's pleasant to interact with an is always making sure you are 100% comfortable with the procedure (laser hair removal). Arlex explains the procedure, answers any questions you may have knowledgeably, making certain that you are comfortable with the process. I highly recommend Alrex as your "go to" person for any/all laser hair removal treatments. I can't say enough about how comfortable Arlex has made me feel about something that could otherwise cause embarrassment to discuss, and/or have done.

Excellent. Elva and Arlex were great. Took care of me and prepared me for the sessions to come by performing the patch test and providing a consultation on what best will work for my laser hair removal.

It was incredible as always. I’ve always struggled with extremely thick dark hair on my body. I would have to bring a razor with me everywhere. Lisa has performed laser hair removal on my full body and I no longer have hair anywhere at all. I haven’t shaved in 7 months. Incredible results. I feel more confident, I have more time, I no longer worry about razor burn or constant shaving. I couldn’t be happier and for such a reasonable price. 10/10.
