Katrina was so patient in answering my many questions before and during my session (which I absolutely enjoyed - especially the hot towel treatment). Compared to other facials I have had, I noticed a difference, even Geoff stated that my skin looked better (and he notices NOTHING). I look forward to returning to have Katrina perform her magic on another facial and special treatment. She recommended for me to consider needling, which I would never have thought of. Coming in lux is so much fun! Get greeted by the beautiful Wendy herself, asking if id like a hot towel, beautiful touch especially for the winter. This was my first time at Fourth Avenue and Ella was amazing! The facial was fantastic! She listened to everything and applied it during the appointment. Her technique was spot on and massage skills were phenomenal. I caught myself snoring from how relaxed I was. My skin also looks so fresh and plump. Can't wait for my next appointment!

Finally managed to carve out some time to get back in to see the girls @ fourth Ave. Zoe did a great job doing my Dysport & gave me her professional opinion on doing some PDO lip threads as appose to doing a mini lip this time around. Jaqueline is always professional as usual. Yes, she makes me want to rip the arms off the chair when inserting those lip threads, but beauty can be pain @ times, especially if you want to achieve the right results. Jaqueline also gave my daughter some advice on resurfacing a scar she has along her jawline, due to a tumour removal. Thank you for all that you do🫶

I have enjoyed visiting as a new patient and will continue to visit again, can i say that jaquline is an amazing injecter.. this is the first time i see someone use needles as small as hers, the skin doesn't even recognise it's been poked ! She was super quick, but did a brilliant job, she took her time to explain, zoe the receptionist was brilliant, she is so friendly and helped out alot.. the clinic looks so fascinating from inside almost like a 5 star dubai hotel

This was my first facial. I was a little nervous as I didn't know what to expect. The professionalism that Stephanie showed was incredible. She made sure to tell me what she was going to do and showed me the extraction tool she uses and asked permission to use it. After she was done, she explain that my face might feel heavy. I would say more that my face felt tight (in a positive way). My skin feels so smooth and the neck and head message were an added bonus that I was not expecting! I felt so comfortable the minute I walked in the door. If you've never had one, I highly recommend it!
