Perfectly relaxing. I personally enjoy upper back, neck and shoulders more. If we replace the "lower back focus" with more attention to my neck and shoulder area, it would be 120% perfect. Lower back doesn't really do anything for me, nor is it required 😊 And I notice your method of building up the pressure when massaging. Maybe start the harder pushing a bit earlier in the session. It takes a bit long to get to the relaxing massaging and then it's over in 5 min. 😅 But I loved it and this will always be my Beauty Salon for sure.

Amazing waxing experience with Judith! Incredible customer service - She made me feel so comfortable & we had great chats and laughs throughout the session. The waxing itself was done super well, and the process was not nearly as painful or awkward as I expected. I am writing this review 5+ hours after my appointment and my skin feels amazing. I have always received the most professional service from these lovely ladies. They even squished me in for an emergency manicure after my laser treatment today and stayed open late to finish. Speaking of my underarm laser treatment - I saw amazing results after just the second session. Today was my third session and the patience and consistency is paying off.
