Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I had hair stroke brows done by Bronwyn today & the whole process was just perfect. I debated getting my brows done for years but I was anxious after years of over plucking, I’m glad I waited to find Bronwyn. She talked me through the process & was patient & kind, understanding of my under-confidence due to my brows. Bronwyn is a skilled professional & I’m amazed at the results. i’ve been coming to layla for laser hair removal for a few months and have seen such amazing results, even from my first session! she is very professional, explains everything and makes me feel so at ease throughout each session. i was always reluctant to try laser hair removal thinking it wouldn’t work for me but the results have been so quick, i wish i started sooner!

Absolutely amazing you are the best in the town, so kind soft caring and no pain whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Danielle Rose to every single person in the whole community. She will make you look 10 years younger and always has a smile on her face. She is simply the best.

I took my grandaughter for a spray tan before her school.prom. Neither of us had any experience with spray tanning. Emma was friendly and approachable from the start. She made my grandaughter feel entirely comfortable, asked what she wanted colour depthwise , gave her all the information she needed, and there was good attention to detail. My grandaughter is red haired, and the tan looks absolutely fabulous- sometimes difficult to achieve with this colouring. Thank you, she is very happy 😊
