Zoe had a lovely ‘bed side manner’ and kept checking I was ok throughout the procedure. Highly professional and gave clear aftercare instructions and ability to manage expectations around results and future sessions that may be needed. Lovely clean feeling, modern clinic. The staff are professional, warm and attentive. The standard of treatment is excellent. I was advised on expectations of results and guided to the most effective treatment for me and my concerns. I was thrilled with the results and the aftercare advice and products post procedure. They will never carry out a procedure that is not for you and offer an alternative. It’s important to listen to them, they know what they’re doing.

I am so glad I found this salon . It is lovely place to visit and have treatments . The ladies who work here are all amazing . They are friendly , caring and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy and well looked after . I had my eyebrows shaped , tinted and an eyelash tint . i’ve been coming to layla for laser hair removal for a few months and have seen such amazing results, even from my first session! she is very professional, explains everything and makes me feel so at ease throughout each session. i was always reluctant to try laser hair removal thinking it wouldn’t work for me but the results have been so quick, i wish i started sooner!
