As always a great experience, Bryony is such a lovely lady, she makes you feel at ease and is professional, knowledgeable and amazing at what she does. This was my 3rd Hifu session and the difference is incredible in my face. I wouldn't go anywhere other than The Aesthetic Room for any procedures now.

The treatment was nothing like I had expected and was virtually painless and expertly carried out. I will be returning for more treatments. Eleanor was really lovely and talked me through the procedure clearly. The treatment itself was great. Having had different types of microneedling before, I had expected some discomfort but it was pain-free and felt like a treatment, as opposed to a procedure. I can't recommend this salon enough! I have the blow-dry club membership, and as someone with fibromyalgia, it's been an absolute godsend. It really helps on the days when my energy levels are low, and knowing I can come in and leave feeling so much better is invaluable. The girls are all so lovely, welcoming, and friendly, and they're always so accommodating. They’re really flexible with appointments, even at short notice, which is a huge help around my work schedule. Most importantly, they always do an amazing job with my hair. I leave every appointment feeling refreshed and confident.

She was really lovely and explained the process thoroughly and answered any questions I had, making sure I was aware this was not going to be a quick fix and would take several sessions to achieve the desired outcome.
