I was running late for my hair appointment due to heavy traffic coming from Maidstone, but the staff were very understanding and accommodating. They kindly adjusted my appointment without any issue. I especially appreciated the excellent communication from Iwona—she took the time to really understand what I wanted for my hair and was very attentive throughout. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Have had an IPL acne removal with Daria and it was an absolute pleasure! I was a little bit scared because it’s my first IPL treatment, it wasn’t even painful! She mentioned that I might get red and I didn’t haha… amazing! She was so professional, explained everything, was super attentive during the treatment, answered all of my questions and it feels soooo good after the treatment as well. I can’t wait to book another session with her!

Chand did my waxing and as always she was super. Barely hurt and she took her time to ensure any fine hairs / stragglers are properly cleaned up. Reasonable price as well. She also gave me advice on how to care for my skin properly for the next couple of days.

As always pola was excellent love my facials with her. However when it came to eyebrows I had a very heavy handed lady who was very rude and telling me to come every 2 weeks for eyebrows (seeing that it costs £5 id rather have it done for free with my facial once a month) she left hair and when I asked her to double check she kept saying you’ve got gaps and clearly was worried about going on lunch. Because when I went back to reception they gave me another lady to fix her wrong and I was told she’s gone on lunch. Been coming to sajna for 20years since it opened so I have know the other staff.

Best clinic ever!!! Having a top up sessions for ipl hair removal and let me tell you guys, this is life changing story! I’ve had already ipl in another place and it was so painful, they burnt my skin on some of teh areas, even if i’d advise therapist i can’t bear it. But Daria is an absolutely amazing, she is so knowledgeable about what she’s doing, was extra careful and attentive, it was my the best treatment ever!!! He always asks me how I'm doing, we stop for a break 😁 and it works! And the most important for me are the results, they are visible even after the first procedure!
