My daughter had a waxing session with Alisha and as a 13 year old she is very self conscious but she said Alisha made her feel at ease and comfortable. The waxing was done with ease and left no marks and was done quite quickly. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again. Thank you Alisha x

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Very pleased with my electrolysis sessions. Minimal discomfort and no marks on the skin. Reasonable prices and great staff.

Very professional . Not very impressed with the actual facial but the lady that did it was excellent and discussed with me other treatments that might suit me better. I will try the laser treatment facial next month after I've had my appointment for filler

I absolutely love my treatments with Naz .I’ve now had 2 x Morpheus 8 treatments and 2 Hydra-facials . I’m noticing fantastic results .. I also trusted Naz to decide on which products would be best suited to my skin needs ,after only a few weeks of using I can already feel the difference in the texture of my skin and a reduction in fine lines and pigmentation ,so thanks Naz for introducing me to your Zo products . If there was more stars, I would give them.all to ND Skin. I had bed hyperpigmentation. 1 session of microneedling lightened it to a great extent. I booked in for 6 sessions of laser and as of yet have only had 1 but 2 weeks in a no sign of any hair yet. I have had laser sessions at other places and did not see any difference however just 1 session at ND Skin and results are fabulous. Worth every penny and Hannah is amazing, very polite and very helpful, I had the best hydra facial as well today, my skin is so glowy and I have needed much make up at all since past few weeks. Regular visitssure
